Our Student Advisors are here to help
For students who study one of our online degrees, we have dedicated Student Advisors who will help you make the most of your online learning experience. They offer support for anything that isn’t directly related to your learning, such as questions about wellbeing, accessibility or employability. You’ll be able to contact them via email, phone, WhatsApp and video meetings.
You'll have the opportunity to go to face-to-face events
We offer optional face-to-face events for online students that usually happen twice a year.
They're great opportunities to meet your course-mates and tutors, and to explore ideas through additional activities and discussions.
Event dates and locations will vary by course, to make sure they're relevant. The events themselves are free for students to attend; you'll just need to pay for your travel, food and accommodation. More information about these events will be given to you when you start your course.
