Following the Government's introduction of the three-tier system which seeks to minimise journeys from some affected areas, we have taken the decision to cancel all of our on-campus Open Days for the foreseeable future.
There are still some great ways to experience life at Falmouth virtually. From getting a feel of our campuses with our 360° virtual tour to hearing directly from academics and current students at our virtual Open Days and online events, we're here to help.

Get a taste for student life at Falmouth by coming to one of our friendly and informal Open Days for undergraduate and postgraduate prospective students.
This year, we’re offering a smaller, more personal experience. You’ll have the chance to explore our departments, speak to staff and students about living and studying in Falmouth, tour our stunning campuses and learn more about what accommodation is on offer.
With so much to explore, be sure to make time to discover our incredible surroundings, and visit the towns of Falmouth and Penryn if you get the chance!
Please note: Registration for all guests will take place at Penryn Campus. If you've booked a Falmouth Campus tour, transport will be provided to take you there.
What's in store?
See how it's done
From photography equipment that rivals professional studios, to industry standard performance spaces and luxurious writers’ rooms, to a Games Academy packed with the latest technology; you’ll be able to learn about our world-class facilities from staff and students who use them first-hand.
Meet your lecturers
You’ll have the opportunity to talk to lecturers about our courses: you can find out more about entry requirements, what and how you’ll learn and how you’ll be assessed. This is your chance to ask any questions you might have from experts, so don’t be shy! We want you to leave feeling confident, with all your questions answered.
Talk to current students
Whether you have questions about courses, accommodation, clubs and societies, Falmouth nightlife or settling in and making friends, be sure to talk to some of our current students. Student Ambassadors are student representatives who will be on hand and happy to chat to you throughout the day.
Explore the area
It's no secret that our surrounding beaches, coves, cliffs and countryside make Falmouth one of the most uniquely located universities in the country. What you might not expect is the bounty of independent cafés, High Street shops, galleries, bars and pubs scattered throughout Falmouth and Penryn.
If you’ve met your lecturers, discovered our wealth of facilities and chatted to current students with time still to spare, you can experience Falmouth like a student with our guide to exploring Falmouth in a Day.
“Falmouth puts a real emphasis on preparing you for the working world”
Lily Rice, Graduate and Founder of Lexie Sport
