Study Abroad Exchanges

While you're a student at Falmouth, there are numerous opportunities to study or work abroad as part of your degree. You can study abroad with one of our international partner universities (EU, non-EU & non-funded).
The Study Abroad programme also welcomes students who are enrolled at our European and international university partners to come and study at Falmouth for a semester.
A year or semester abroad can bring a world of opportunities and help to enrich your university experience. Living internationally can help to grow your self-confidence, communication skills and employability. Not only that, it'll also give you an opportunity to improve your language skills and build international friendships that may last a lifetime.
The Turing Scheme
Falmouth University has been awarded funding through the new Turing Scheme for the 2022-23 academic year. The Turing Scheme is the UK government's global programme to study and work abroad. The scheme provides funding for international opportunities in education and training across the world. Falmouth will keep students updated on future funding for the 2023-24 academic year.
Cultural Immersion
Over the summer of 2022, students had the opportunity to be part of our Cultural Immersion programme. These four week experiences are academically-led study trips, organised by the University in partnership with host institutions, and allowing students to dive into learning a new culture.
Opportunities for summer 2023 will be revealed in January. There'll be Cultural Immersions available in a variety of different countries around the world.
