Sophie Scotchford, who currently works as a project coordinator and talent lead for Birmingham Ceremonies Ltd, helped bring the curtain down on the Games. She even managed to get herself on the big screen in the process!

Course leader Hugh Frost said the event was “a multi-faceted group presentation of comics, graphic novels, picture books, illustrated poetry, drawing, printmaking, painting, installation work.”

Congratulations to Illustration BA(Hons) alumna Ashni Wilson, who has been listed as one of ten graduates to watch in 2022 by the Association of Illustrators!

The AOI is the professional body for illustration in the UK, so they know a thing or two about talented graduates. And if Ashni’s portfolio is anything to go by, she’s got an incredibly exciting future ahead of her – check it out here

Graduate celebrates release of debut novel

Congratulations to English with Creative Writing graduate Frances Moloney, who has just released her first book The Mystery of the Missing Mum.
