This course is open to and created for adults of ranging abilities from complete beginners to those with more experience and offers a day of playful exploration in contemporary dance styles.
An encouraging and laid-back group setting with a technical led class and guided improvisations to start the day. We will then lead onto open tasks and choreographic opportunities for creative development of your own style and voice. The day will end in an informal sharing of the participants invited friends and family.
Who is this day for and what to expect:
- This single day course is ideal for anyone who wants to expand their creative and physical toolkit.
- Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in and allows you to freely move.
- The course will be led by tutor Grace Murdoch.

- £50 per person
- This event will run from 10:00 - 16:00, with an informal sharing to family and friends at 16:00
