About the accommodation
Tuke House is located in the heart of Falmouth town.
The accommodation is made up of shared flats. Each flat contains single occupancy en-suite bedrooms, and shared kitchen and social areas.

Our accommodation application ballot is now open. Make sure to submit your application before 17:00 on 5 June 2026. Applications received after the June deadline are not guaranteed a place in University owned or managed accommodation.
Where is it?
Tuke House
Tuke House is located in the centre of Falmouth just minutes away from a variety of attractions, cafes, eateries, pubs and much more. A bus stop just outside Tuke House offers easy access to Penryn Campus and beyond, while Falmouth Campus is within walking distance.
What's in the local area?
Gyllyngvase Beach: 20-minute walk. One of the many perks of living in Falmouth is being so close to the beach! At Gyllyngvase, you can swim, relax and hang out with your friends or have a go at water sports such as paddle boarding or sea kayaking. From here, you can also join the South West Coastal Path for stunning walks along the coast. Gyllyngvase maintains a Blue Flag status.
Falmouth Town: Whether you're meeting friends at local cafes, delving into local bookshops or visiting a pub with your course mates, Falmouth's well-loved high-street has something for everyone. At the Prince of Wales Pier, you can also take boat trips across the water to idyllic spots like Flushing, St Mawes and the Fal River.

Accessible and adaptable rooms
We have a number of rooms that can be adapted for students with additional requirements. They include the same shared facilities, but may have things such as grab rails or en-suite wet rooms.
If you have specific medical needs you'll be able to put this in your application and we'd encourage you to do this as soon as possible, to ensure we can meet your needs.

The residence is managed by Sanctuary Students. Their on-site management team are responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and health and safety compliance.
