Tuke House is located in the heart of Falmouth town. It has 156 rooms divided into flats of five. Each flat contains en-suite bedrooms with a single bed each and a shared kitchen area.

Where is it?
Tuke House is located in the centre of Falmouth town in walking distance to bus stops and the train station. Students who live here will also be in walking distance to Falmouth’s beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.

We have a number of rooms that can be adapted for students with additional requirements. They include the same facilities, but may have things such as grab rails or en-suite wet rooms.
If you have specific medical needs you'll be able to put this in your application and we'd encourage you to do this as soon as possible. Our friendly Accommodation Team will then get in touch to discuss what you need.

The residence is managed by Sanctuary Students. Their on-site management team are responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and health and safety compliance.
