About the accommodation

Packsaddle Hill offers student accommodation in shared flats and a small number of self-contained single occupancy studios are also available. Each shared flat contains six, seven or eight bedrooms with 3/4 double beds, a full equipped kitchen and a communal area. Single occupancy studios offer a kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom/living area.

Packsaddle Hill is located a few minutes' walk from Penryn Campus in peaceful surroundings. The bus stop is a minute’s walk from the accommodation and offers services to Falmouth and Falmouth Campus.

When applying for Packsaddle Hill you will see a price range and a list of room types. You will only be able to apply for a standard room however those students that are allocated to this residence will be allocated any one of those room types. Studios will be prioritised for those students with a disability or medical related condition.
