Private Sector Accommodation
In addition to our University owned, managed or approved Halls of Residence, there is also a variety of private, purpose-built student accommodation options in both Falmouth and Penryn towns.
Private housing in the community is offered for rent by independent/private landlords. This means the University does not manage or approve these providers, and you will have a contract directly with the management company of the residence.

You might decide to look at privately rented accommodation if you decide that university halls of residence aren’t for you, or you’d prefer to live in a privately rented room, flat or house in Falmouth, Penryn or the surrounding area.
