Delivered by Falmouth University as part of the Shared Prosperity Fund Digital Futures Cornwall Project, this programme explores strategic leadership in the digital age, covering AI, ethics, emerging technologies, and organisational change. Participants will leave with confidence to lead in a digital age and a personalised action plan.
