Nic Hawkins
Lecturer
After graduating with MEng from Manchester in 1992, I worked globally in the oil industry as an engineer and manager, until leaving in 2004 to complete an MBA at Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
Post-MBA, I worked in various roles in operational consulting, primarily managing complex, multi-site projects for blue chip international clients in asset intensive industries.
I completed my PhD in Organisational Behaviour in late 2023.
I joined Cornwall Business School, Falmouth University as lecturer in January 2024.
