This page is for students who have already been accepted for an exchange to Falmouth University. If you haven’t yet applied/been accepted to Falmouth, please return to the Incoming Exchange Students page.

Student ID Cards

To obtain a Student ID card you will need a Falmouth student ID number. This is a seven digit number and will be sent to you as soon as we receive this from student records. This may take up to 1 month to process. Once you have received your Student ID number you will need to complete the student identification request form to ensure your Student ID Card is ready for your arrival.

Enrolling

Several weeks before your start date, our Student Records team will send you an enrolment email, which you must complete to access your university email address and online services.
If you are having trouble enrolling or have not received an enrolment email by your start date, please contact Student Records for assistance: student.records@falmouth.ac.uk

IT Services

Enrolled students can access the online student portal, which contains your student emails, academic timetable, and course materials and forums. If you experience any difficulties with Falmouth’s online resources, our IT Services team are the best people to speak to. You can visit them in person on either campus or email your query: itservicedesk@falmouth.ac.uk.

Accessing your student email

You should be able to access your email after enrolment by visiting student mail and logging in with your email address and password. If you are unsure of these details, please contact the service desk or check online

Accessing your timetable

To view your events, inductions, lectures, and seminars, visit My Timetable and select ‘Log In’ at the top right of the screen. Log in using your username and password.

Accessing the learning space

To access your course content online, you can log into The Learning Space using your username and password.
