Choosing your interview type
At Falmouth we offer you a choice of different interview types to suit your personal situation. On this page you can learn more about the different choices and the help available for each one so you can make the best choice for you.
When are interviews held?
For on-campus courses, interviews are offered from 29 October 2025 until 25 March 2026.

What’s included for each type?
On Campus
- Ability to showcase your work or performance in person (if applicable)
- Friendly, in-person conversation with a member of the course team
- In-person conversation with a student ambassador
- A campus tour
- Visit to the department your course is based in for your interview or audition
Regional
- Ability to showcase your work or performance (if applicable) in person
- Friendly, in-person conversation with a member of the course team
- In-person conversation with a student ambassador
- Visit our campus virtually using our 360 screens
Online
- Discuss your online portfolio/performance (if applicable)
- Friendly, online conversation with a member of the course team
Online conversation with a student ambassador along with other applicants before your interview/audition

Online - If you are based outside of the UK or you're unable to travel within the UK, we recommend an Online interview.
If you are based in the UK, we would always recommend an on-campus interview for our applicants as we think it will give you the best experience of your interview or audition. If you’re not sure what’s best for you and your situation, use the information below to learn more about the different options:
