The attack yesterday at a synagogue in Manchester was an appalling, deeply upsetting and antisemitic act.

We send our heartfelt condolences to those affected and to our Jewish colleagues and students who may be experiencing grief, fear and distress in the wake of this event.

We want to provide reassurance that Falmouth University is a safe and inclusive community, where intolerance is not tolerated and we take the wellbeing of our staff and students seriously.
