Launchpad start-up, Data Duopoly, are one of just 15 selected from over 400 global start-ups to be named as a finalist for the World Tourism Forum Lucerne's (WTFL) Start-Up Innovation Camp.

A finalist in the 'recovering' category, which highlights start-ups innovating and contributing to safe tourism due to Covid-19, they'll benefit from a unique five-day camp giving them access to industry experts, mentors and investors.

Founded by Tanuvi Ethunandan and Erin Morris, Data Duopoly is revolutionising the visitor experience in venues worldwide. During the pandemic they've adapted their technology to prioritise customer and staff safety in the sector.

Tanuvi said:

We're excited to be part of the innovation camp. To be recognised on a global scale is fantastic and real testament to the work Erin and I have put in.

The Start-up Innovation Camp takes place in April, where Data Duopoly will showcase their start-up on an international stage; taking part in tailored coaching sessions and activities as well as pitching opportunities.

WTFL is an exclusive platform where the world's leading tourism, travel and hospitality companies, ministers, start-ups, academia and next generation of young leaders and talents meet to shape a more sustainable future.
