Launchpad Futures Supports: FindParkPay

FindParkPay Ltd, established in 2019, offers BUZZPAY, a web-based app for quick and easy mobile parking payments in the UK, primarily Cornwall.

Launchpad Futures has worked with FindParkPay since May 2024, supporting the rollout and growth of their new web-based payment solution BuzzPay. With the guidance of Operations Manager David Leatherdale and Senior Business Coach Chris Hassall who brokered the relationship and oversaw the process with industry experts Lang Bennetts, FindParkPay successfully introduced BuzzPay as a new product in July 2024.

The system, requiring no downloads or account setup, was first trialled in one car park and quickly expanded to nine more via a contract with Cornwall Council, adding over 2,300 transactions and £10,650 turnover. With 10 car parks now live and 6 more in the pipeline, revenue has increased by 20%, including a record peak of £6,719 in August 2024.

Additional support focused on improving payment processes, financial compliance, and reducing gateway charges, ensuring BuzzPay’s competitiveness and future growth.
