A vertical Mill based in Launceston Cornwall processing raw fibre into quality yarn servicing the hand knit and machine knit markets.

Support has been provided by Business Development Fellow Jo Lake-Jones, Senior Business Coach Chris Hassell, and Course Leader in Textile Design Sally-Ann Gill, with additional input from Lecturer Lizzie Allen and Course Leader Emma Goff in Fashion and Marketing.

Advice around marketing, sales strategies, brand, and target markets led to engaging an SEO industry professional, launching an online shop for recycled products, and creating a new revenue channel that enhanced environmental credentials.

BA Television Graduate interned and enabled content creation for socials and website. Fashion Marketing Graduate supported with website and social media management and now works as Product Development full-time in the company. Both internships increased sales and productivity, especially in the US.

Outcomes include six new export markets (now 26 countries), 10% revenue growth, and increased website traffic. There are ongoing collaborations continue in R&D and yarn innovation.
