A Falmouth University student looking through a Postgraduate study guide

Virtual event

Join Dr Yousif Al-Daffaie for a live masterclass exploring how spatial design can drive social, environmental and ethical change. Using case studies from heritage sites, post-industrial contexts and post-crisis environments, we’ll look at how communities document, protect and reimagine the spaces they inhabit.

You’ll get a glimpse of how we use spatial technologies – from LiDAR and 3D scanning to VR/MR – to analyse real sites and prototype new spatial futures, and how this feeds into studio culture on MA Spatial Design.

The session is ideal for applicants and offer holders interested in interior architecture, heritage adaptation, civic and cultural space, or spatial justice more broadly.
