Quantavia Ltd, based in Cornwall, provides a comprehensive software solution for aviation companies.

Their platform helps create and update rosters, manage staff, monitor flight time limitations, checks and qualifications, log flights, and communicate essential information with all crew and personnel - all through a single system.

Chris Hassall Senior Business Coach worked with Craig the CEO and Founder on the development of the rostering platform and offered direct business, finance planning, support and advice to progress the business. Quantavia’s turnover has gone from £52k in April 2023 to £155k in year end March 2024 and continues to progress further, gaining additional customers on a regular basis.

Sam Phillips, former [course] Falmouth University student was introduced to Quantavia through the Launchpad Futures programme, and is now the full-time product and marketing lead at Quantavia.

Through the Launchpad Futures Programme Quantavia have had legal contractual support around privacy policies, SaaS agreements, and end user license agreements on a global scale working closely with LPF’s legal partner.

Quantavia have been evidenced to have a new product to market, new service to the business, claimed productivity, all with continued support from LPF to support their growth.

Launchpad Futures has been instrumental in providing a comprehensive support package to HCM from recruitment support, financial planning and investment readiness, sales and business development advice and guidance and the facility in Launchpad has been extremely useful to network with other businesses and students. We have recently employed a third year from Cornwall Business School part-time and who will start full time from the end of May when they complete their course.
