Students joining Falmouth’s integrated foundation year can qualify for an automatic scholarship in 2026. Valid on full-time on-campus taught undergraduate applications for September 2026, applicable for the foundation year only. 

Falmouth University is offering scholarships of £2,000 each to students joining an on-campus Bachelors degree in September 2026 and studying an integrated foundation year.

Who it's for: International fee status students joining a full-time on-campus taught undergraduate degree with integrated foundation year starting in September 2026.

About the award

This sum will be applied by the University as a credit towards the second instalment of the student's tuition fees. It will be deducted from the total remaining fees payable. 

Please note students can only receive one scholarship each – in case of multiple awards the higher value scholarship would be allotted. The scholarship does not apply to online courses. 

Eligibility

  • Qualify for the International fee rate (it therefore does not include anyone paying Home fees) 
  • Undertake a full-time on-campus taught undergraduate degree with integrated foundation year 
  • Be new to Falmouth University in 2026/27 
  • Join the course on the integrated foundation year in September 2026

How to apply

There is no specific application form for this scholarship. 

Outcome

Students who have already received an offer and have paid their acceptance fee will automatically be awarded the scholarship. The University’s decision relating to Falmouth Foundation Awards is final. 

Further information

  • The Falmouth IFY Award cannot be offered in combination with any other Falmouth university scholarships 
  • The scholarship cannot be deferred. 

Falmouth University reserves the right to take back the scholarship award if: 

  • We find that you are ineligible 
  • You break the terms and conditions of the scholarship 
  • There is a misrepresentation and fraud in your application 
  • Your course is no longer available 
  • You do not pay all of the tuition fees by the University’s deadlines 
  • The University disciplinary panel upholds a serious misconduct charge 
  • Fail to meet or maintain UK Student Visa requirements
