He has delivered campaigns in industries including tech and e-commerce, luxury fashion, FMCG, higher education, marketing agencies, and the automobile sector. His portfolio includes leading a major rebrand for Shopee in Southeast Asia, managing integrated campaigns for Heineken and Uniqlo, and delivering CRM-driven growth strategies for Coca-Cola and Mars in Switzerland. Now based in London, he drives digital strategies for professional services and higher education, with a focus on performance marketing, AI-enabled analytics, and brand storytelling.
He joined Falmouth University in 2025 as an Online Tutor on the MA Marketing & Digital Communication programme, bringing international industry expertise to enrich postgraduate learning. His teaching focuses on global media planning, digital identity, and storytelling, and explores how emerging technologies such as AI are reshaping marketing practice worldwide.
Trung holds an MSc in Digital Marketing from the University of Exeter, which underpins his expertise in connecting strategic marketing with data-driven decision-making.
