The Landings 2020 exhibition includes contributions from over 60 students and teaching staff across all currently-running modules of Falmouth Flexible Photography, both MA and BA Top up. Students have had socially distanced exhibitions in their own environments, alongside being represented on a digital platform.

Although locations, artworks and sub-themes vary each year, the concept is underpinned by an intention to build a robust international photographic community without borders. This year’s theme is Metamorphosis. It uses the apt quote:

What's happened to me, he thought. It was no dream.

- Franz Kafka, The Metamorphosis.

Current MA Modules began on 1 June 2020 and presented both a personal and professional challenge to students and staff alike. The pandemic has meant that resources such as models, sets and locations have been severely limited and creativity has been tested, but in the face of adversity you can see the truly outstanding results achieved and this is a fantastic testimonial to the talent, enthusiasm and excellence of our online global community.

The online exhibition runs for a year. Check out the exhibition or view the catalogue
