About our Digital Graduation at Falmouth
In addition to this summer's on campus Graduation, this winter we're hosting an inaugural Digital Graduation ceremony.
Digital Graduation is for students who are eligible to graduate in 2026, but are unable or have chosen not to attend the Graduation ceremony being held on campus in July 2026.
- When: Wednesday 4 November 2026
- Where: Online via Zoom
- Admission: Free
- How to register: We will invite students to register their interest in attending the event via student communications over the coming weeks.
This online ceremony will take place online on 4 November 2026. Digital Graduation 2026 is open to eligible online and on campus students across all postgraduate and undergraduate courses.
The online event will feature a live Master of Ceremonies, addresses by our Chancellor Dawn French and Vice-Chancellor Professor Emma Hunt, as well as the conferring of degrees on graduating students.
Who can attend?
Digital Graduation also provides an additional opportunity for referral students that may not be eligible to join Graduation in July 2026, but who pass their work in August and wish to formally graduate in-year, rather than wait until the July 2027 on campus event.
Students eligible for Digital Graduation are all those eligible for 2025/26 Graduation:
- On campus master’s students who completed their studies in autumn 2025
- Online undergraduate and master's students who completed their studies in winter and spring 2026
- On campus undergraduate students completing their studies in summer 2026
- Online undergraduate students completing their studies in summer 2026
- All undergraduate referral students successfully completing their studies in summer 2026
Please note: all online and on campus master's students completing their studies in September 2026 will be invited to attend a ceremony in summer 2027, in line with the current arrangement.
