Freshers advice with Seb

"What would I say to my first year self? Probably something about making time for myself as much as I make time for others.

"I’ve really enjoyed making friends over the past few years at University, but I think there’s come a time where I’ve stretched myself too thin and I found myself thinking, I wish I would have spent a bit more time alone. It’s okay to do that and it’s important.

"So, that’s what I tell my fresher self. Remember that."
