Collaborative Provision Regulations
Falmouth University is the awarding body for our Collaborative Provision Partners. This means that all students studying with one of the University’s partner institutions will graduate with a Falmouth University degree. The University is responsible for the quality of learning opportunities provided to students and for the academic standards of its awards.
All students studying with a partner institution may be subject to different procedural arrangements and/or additional policies.

Franchise partners
Students studying with Franchise Partners are subject to:
- Falmouth University’s Terms & Conditions
- Falmouth University’s Academic Regulations governing assessment, progression, retrieval and degree classifications.
Franchise Partner may also operate local procedures and policies relating to matters such as attendance, student conduct and complaints.

Validation partners
Students studying with a validation partner may be subject to:
- Partner Terms & Conditions, as approved by Falmouth University as the awarding body.
- Partner Academic Regulations governing assessment, progression, retrieval and degree classifications, as approved by Falmouth University as the awarding body.
- Local policies and procedures
