Head of Digital & Content

Holly joined Falmouth University in 2020 and heads up the central marketing team, overseeing web, email marketing, advertising, content production, media production, search and social media, alongside governance and legal responsibilities.  

During her tenure, the team have spearheaded improvements across the organisation; from replatforming the website to upgrading the email marketing system, to launching advertising on new, emerging technologies. Holly and her team work across all courses at all levels and modes of delivery, focused on supporting Falmouth’s organisational aspirations.  

Before joining Falmouth, Holly’s background focused on digital transformation projects for nationally renowned agencies. This experience spans the full gamut of public and third sector organisations, with clients such as the NHS, The Royal Family, Forestry England, Mayor of London/London Assembly, GambleAware, Lancaster University and Unite the Union amongst many others.  

Alongside this experience, Holly’s early career focused on website management and digital product rollouts for clients in the private sector and FMCG, including work for household names like Jessops, Warburton’s and Lakeland, along with brewing giants Chivas Brothers and one of the world’s largest chemical manufacturers, Sika AG.

Holly studied BA(Hons) English & Creative Writing at Bath Spa University, and holds individual qualifications and training credentials in digital experience, advertising, data management and advertising policy.
