Executive Director, People and Culture
Christine joined Falmouth University in January 2022.
Christine is an experienced HR leader with more than 25 years of expertise in shaping, leading and executing progressive and sustainable people, culture and strategic initiatives in various FTSE 100, multinational companies. She has a diverse industry and career portfolio which spans Higher Education, Financial Services, Logistics, B2B Outsourcing, Contact Centres, Manufacturing and Retail.
As the leader of the People and Culture team, Christine supports the connection, development, and care of our people, through our mission, vision and values to create a positive work environment where we can all do our best work. Experienced in all areas of Human Resources, she has organisational oversight of pay and reward, talent and development, employee experience, change and engagement, business partnering and industrial relations, inclusion, diversity and wellness.
Earning her MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from Nottingham Trent University, Christine is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
