Armyn House is located in the centre of Falmouth just a 15-minute walk from our Falmouth Campus.
Armyn House is also within walking distance from Falmouth Docks and Falmouth Town train stations. It has 27 rooms divided into ten different sized flats. Each flat contains a kitchen area.

Armyn House is managed by a private management company, and approved by Falmouth University. The private management company are responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and health and safety compliance for the building and individual flats. If you choose to live in Armyn House, your contract will be with the private management company directly, not Falmouth University.
Where is it?
Armyn House is located in the heart of Falmouth close to the High Street, Castle Beach, Gyllyngvase Beach and an array of bars, restaurants, galleries and shops.
Penryn Campus and the city of Truro can also be easily reached via train from both Falmouth Docks and Falmouth Town train stations, or via bus. The nearest bus stop and train station are both 5 minutes walk from Armyn House.
