Full-time MPhil/PhD (UK students)

MPhil/PhD: £4,950 per year - UK students
Writing up fee: £300

Part-time MPhil/PhD (UK students)

MPhil/PhD: £2,475 per year - UK students
Writing up fee: £300

Full-time MPhil/PhD (UK/EU students)

Pay for tuition fees

Acceptance fee

PhD students who are self-paying will be required to pay an acceptance fee of £250 when they accept an offer of a study place. Please note, the acceptance fee will be offset against tuition fees when a student begins their studies. The acceptance fee is non refundable, with the exception of cancellations of study places within 14 days of receipt of the payment. In these cases a full refund will be issued.

Changes to tuition fees

Tuition fees are set annually and are subject to review each year. The University may therefore raise tuition fees in the second or subsequent years of a course, in line with inflation and/or the maximum permitted by law or Government policy. Students will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
