Acceptance fee

PhD students starting in 2023-24 who are self-paying will be required to pay an acceptance fee of £250 when they accept an offer of a place. Acceptance fees for students starting in 2024-25 are subject to change.

Please note, the acceptance fee will be offset against tuition fees when a student begins their studies. The acceptance fee is non refundable, with the exception of cancellations of study places within 14 days of receipt of the payment. In these cases a full refund will be issued.

Changes to tuition fees

Tuition fees are subject to annual change. The University may raise fees in each subsequent year of study (where applicable) and we will confirm any change to the annual tuition fee to you in writing prior to you starting each subsequent year of study.
