Join us for an exciting and dynamic aerial Harness workshop. We’ll guide you through some foundation harness techniques as well as offer time to play in areas of Vertical Dance (Wall running), Fixed line (single point harness), and counterweight (a person on each end of a single rope, think see-saw!).
Whether you’re completely new to harness or have some previous experience, we would love you to come and fly with us.
Led by renowned Harness company Off The Wall and by teachers with a collective 15 years experience in teaching harness techniques, safety and freedom to explore are our top priorities.
