Join our two Emcees as they probe their fingernails into life in a democratic society with a singing, dancing cabaret that will tickle your humors, blow your mind, and briefly make you consider moving to North Korea. The Haus of Demokratie looks forward to inviting you through its doors very soon…

Resonating with the modern-day Bridget jones, Faith enjoys her life revelling in partying, flirting, gossips, smoking and above all else, vodka. Her life filled with fun, heels and sparkly dresses is turned upside down when she is forced to confront her own faith in the justice system and the burden of patriarchal power. Will her faith be lost? Will she lose herself completely?

Lauren Burchell: Womb on the Moon

What would it feel like to look at our world from a distance? What would you see? 

Selene has just begun exploring what it means to be a woman but now a new constellation of questions is forming around her. How are we all connected to each other as humans? What is my purpose as a woman? And why is everybody looking at me like that, do I have something on my face? 

A solo performance exploring womanhood, relevant to audiences of all genders and identities. After all, womanhood reaches all of us, does it not?
