Carlos is a London-based Senior Product Designer with over ten years of experience in consultancy, in-house and creative agency environments. Coming from an Industrial Design background, his work is centred on developing great experiences, businesses and teams for world-class clients in a range of different industries.
Carlos has a proven track record of delivering value-generating products by applying User Research, User Experience Design, Product Discovery and Strategic Innovation methods, tools and principles. He is also a solid Agile enthusiast, consistently advocating for bringing human needs back to the centre of the product development process.
Alongside his technical expertise, Carlos is also a proficient UX Design instructor and mentor. He has been known for his ability to foster collaborative, inclusive learning environments and for his commitment to helping mentees excel and succeed in their careers. He has led several in-house and external training activities, having played a central role in facilitating courses, developing programmes and working with other instructors to provide learners with positive, engaging learning experiences.
As a tutor in the User Experience Design MA team, Carlos brings a deep passion for sharing and a wealth of industry experience to develop, support and empower the next generation of designers.
