Interviews take place in two parts. You’ll work on a live brief with other applicants, guided by students who are already on the course as well as staff. You’ll also have an opportunity for a one to one interview with a member of the team. This is a two way process and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the course, department and wider university.

6. What are you looking for in a successful applicant?
We are looking for applicants who have imaginative and creative ideas about the management of music, or theatre, or broader entertainment industries and their future. Enthusiasm and critical thinking are as important as previous experience at the stage of application. We are seeking to add to our team of managers who might work within AMATA on dance, comedy, theatre, film or music events, productions, planning and projects throughout their studies, and so organisational skills, time management and team work are key.
7. When will I know the outcome of my interview?
We aim to make all decisions within five working days of interviews. However, in some cases, we might wait until we have held a batch of interview sessions before we make a decision. All decisions will be made online in your UCAS Track account and we will also email you.
