We know you may be a little nervous about having to isolate when you arrive at Falmouth. We've put together some helpful contacts and information on this page to make sure you feel supported during your isolation and part of our community from the beginning.
Help and support
While living in halls you will have access to help and support at all times. Glasney Lodge is very close by on the Penryn Campus and staffed at all times, day and night. If you have problems in your flat, need welfare support out of hours or just have questions and don't know who to ask, contact the helpful staff at the Lodge any time:
The Compass is also here to give you advice on any aspect of university life whether you have a quick enquiry or need specialist support. You can contact them online through the portal or call to speak to an advisor during office hours.
Food & drink
The Penryn Campus Shop offers an online store to order food and toiletry packages that can be delivered direct to your accommodation ready for your arrival day. Please see the store for details:
There are several major supermarkets near to the Penryn Campus that can be booked for delivery to your accommodation. These include:
Please be assured that mains water in the UK is safe to drink straight from the tap so you will always have access to drinking water in your flat kitchen.
Bedding & kitchen packs
Bedding and kitchen equipment can be ordered in advance from our approved supplier UniKit Out, and the items will be sent to your accommodation in time for your arrival day.
