Sean McCormick
Senior Lecturer, Architectural Design & Technology BSc(Hons)
Sean recently joined Falmouth University to help establish the Architectural Design Technology programme. Alongside his work at Falmouth University he is a BRE Associate, and an associate lecturer on the Middlesex Building Information Modelling Management (BIMM) Masters programme.
As BRE Associate, Sean provides BIM advisory services including providing audits for the BIM business and individual certification schemes delivered under the BRE Certification mark.
As associate lecturer at Middlesex, Sean is also involved in delivering lectures and assessing on the Middlesex BIMM Masters programme.
Sean was one of the first students in the UK to obtain a master's in Building Information Modelling Management through Middlesex University. The thesis topic for his master's degree focused on comparing BIM capability and maturity models within the UK.
With over 15 years' experience within the AEC industry, Sean has experience working for several architectural practices within London gaining extensive experience within private and government sectors.
