Digital Entrepreneurship and Financial Innovation

Working with a wide range of industry and business partners, our projects explore the role of creativity in driving both entrepreneurship and financial innovation.

Programme overview

This Programme is focused on establishing innovative methods for developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and on encouraging a spirit of enterprise amongst students and staff throughout the University. Using the University's substantial creative assets, and working with a wide range of industry and business partners, this programme demonstrates the key role creativity has to play in driving both entrepreneurship and financial innovation.

Building upon Falmouth's Launchpad programme, we now have a major living lab, within which to test models of entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as a platform to springboard further models of incubation and acceleration. All of our research takes place within one of the most economically and socially challenged regions in the UK and where new models for business entrepreneurship and innovation are essential.
