The Games Expo is a celebration of all things gaming and an opportunity to view the work of our talented graduating students.
The Expo will include games booths, high-profile speakers and panel discussions with students, staff and industry leaders.
Event itinerary:
- 23 May, 15:00-20:00, Private View for Games Academy students, friends and family.
- 24 May, 10:00-17:00 Games booths. Main Stage: alumni panels.
- 25 May, 10:00-17:00 Games booths. Main Stage: industry speakers, including keynote and panels looking at the games industry. Features a wide range of industry notables including Sir Ian Livingstone CBE, Jessica Curry, Imre Jele (Atypical Types), Nick Dixon (Ubisoft UK), Mark Backler (Sketchbook Games), Bernice Oshomuvwe (Sony), Katie Goode (Triangular Pixels) and more!
- 26 May, 12:00-18:00 (Online only). Student games live on Twitch (www.twitch.tv/falmouthgames), featuring Captain Falcore (Twitch Streamer).
A digital gallery will showcase highlights of our student artwork and projects across the year groups.
One-to-one chats will be available in-person and via Discord, for our students, with both alumni and industry speakers, for the best industry advice for future careers and company set-ups.
