Patrick Keiller talks about his work as part of the Falmouth School of Art Guest Speakers series.
Patrick Keiller studied architecture at University College London and fine art at the Royal College of Art. His films include London (1994), Robinson in Space (1997) and Robinson in Ruins (2010). Robinson in Space was expanded as a book of the same name published in 1999, and Robinson in Ruins was the basis for The Robinson Institute, an exhibition at Tate Britain in 2012 and an accompanying book The Possibility of Life's Survival on the Planet. An essay collection The View from the Train was published in 2013. He is currently preparing a book based on the film London.
