A team of students from English, Creative Writing and Professional Writing blogged live from The North Cornwall Book Festival this weekend.
Covering workshops and readings with leading writers, including poets Jackie Kay and Katrina Naomi and novelists Rupert Thomson and Andrew Miller, students interviewed, photographed, blogged and tweeted events as they happened.
Dr Niamh Downing, Head of English and Writing, said: "The North Cornwall Book Festival provides a great opportunity for our students to be involved in the behind-the-scenes workings of a literary festival. These kinds of industry partnerships are what writing at Falmouth is all about."
Directed by Patrick Gale, author of A Place called Winter and Notes from an Exhibition, the festival is a three-day annual event that includes talks, discussions, workshops and music for all ages and tastes.
