A still from I Am Dyslexic by Katie Wyman and Mads Ogaard

Animation & Visual Effects graduates Mads Ogaard & Katie Wyman have won the Undergraduate Craft Skills - Production Design award for their film, I Am Dyslexic, at the Royal Television Society (RTS) Student Television Awards 2017.

Andy Joule, Head of Animation & VFX, said: "The RTS awards are a recognition of work of the highest quality and is a phenomenal achievement for all those shortlisted. Both Mads and Katie were understandably excited to be at the awards, and blown away to win. The whole course team are hugely proud of their achievements, and prouder still that this award places them in the top tier of young creatives in the UK.

"I am Dyslexic has won awards, special mentions, plaudits and accolades in over twenty film festivals all over the world, but picking up the RTS Production Design at the national finals is certainly their crowning achievement, to date."

The RTS Student Television Award winners were announced at a ceremony, hosted by comedian, writer, presenter and actress, Katherine Ryan, on Friday 16 June at the BFI Southbank.
