If you've applied to Falmouth you've started your applicant journey. It's helpful to know what happens next so we've outlined your journey below so you know what to expect.
You'll get an email telling you we've received your application. This should arrive within two working days so keep an eye on your inbox.
The applicant portal
We'll send you a login for the applicant portal where you'll see what else you need to do. You can upload documents like ID and proof of residency.
2. Interview, audition & portfolio
You'll also find out about your next steps like whether your course requires you to create a portfolio. Everyone who applies to Falmouth will be invited for an interview and you'll get your invite through the portal.
Your course team might ask to see some of your work or invite you to an interview, so keep checking the applicant portal.
3. Your offer
We try to make a decision within five working days of meeting you for an interview. But we want everyone to have a fair chance, so popular courses can take longer.
There are two types of offer you could receive. We've described these below so you can understand what each means.
You'll need to fulfil some conditions before starting your studies, like getting certain A-Levels and meeting our English language requirements.
You don't have any conditions to fulfil prior to starting the course, you have secured a place. We'll get in touch with your next steps.
4. Accepting your offer
If you applied via UCAS you will accept your offer there, if you applied directly you can accept through the Applicant Portal. We'll save your place as soon as you accept a conditional or unconditional offer, and we'll let you know if we need any more information. But if you're wondering how your application's coming along, or you're worried you can't meet your conditions, just get in touch and we can help with advice and information.
