Airport Collection Service
We are offering an Airport Collection Service from London Heathrow Airport for new undergraduate and postgraduate students travelling from outside of the UK.
This service will depart from London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (LHR) and travel to Falmouth University (Penryn Campus) in Cornwall, UK, on Thursday, 12 September 2024.
The service will run from 8am to 12pm UK time only. If you book onto this service, you must arrive at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (LHR) within this timeframe. Details of this service are listed in the table below. Terms and conditions can be found in the PDF document at the bottom of this page.
Online bookings will open in April. The booking fee is £50 per person – This includes one piece of luggage and a carry-on bag. Additional luggage is charged at £20 per suitcase/bag.

Important details
The service is available to all NEW Falmouth University students studying at Falmouth University in Cornwall at any level. The coach service will take you directly to the Penryn Campus in Cornwall, UK.
Our staff will meet all students who book onto this service at London Heathrow Airport Arrivals Hall Terminal 5 between 08:00am-12:00pm BST/UK time. The staff and all students will then board the coach and depart from Heathrow Airport in London to Falmouth University (Penryn Campus) in Cornwall, UK. If you book onto this service and arrive at the London Heathrow Airport Arrivals Hall Terminal 5 late (after 12pm BST/UK time), you will be expected to travel to the University independently. You will not be refunded in case you miss the service.
To make sure you meet us on time, please allow enough time after your flight lands to go through luggage collection and visa control, and travel between terminals if required.
Capacity on the services is limited. Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. If capacity is reached, the booking system may be closed early.

Luggage
One piece of luggage and one carry on is included, if you require more then additional luggage will be charged at £20 per suitcase/bag. There is limited luggage space on the services. Whilst we understand you will have a lot to bring to the UK, please consider what luggage you need to bring with you. Limit the amount, to what you can carry, so that you can move around independently.
We strongly advise you consider sending your luggage directly to campus, to arrive after you move in and only carry the necessities for your first few days. Please note the University will not accept advance freight of your luggage and cannot store shipped luggage for you in advance of your arrival.
If you send luggage unaccompanied or as freight to the airport, you will be responsible for collecting this.
