Tuition fees for courses commencing in 2016

Annual inclusive tuition fees

This schedule of fees applies to students from the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. The annual inclusive fee covers the annual tuition fees. It does not include accommodation charges.

Acceptance fee

A non-refundable acceptance fee of £250 for Europe including Norway, £500 for non-visa nationals, and £1,000 for visa nationals should be submitted with the acceptance of an offer of a place at Falmouth University. (Visa nationals will have their acceptance fee refunded if they fail to secure a visa; we will require notification from the appropriate High Commission.)

Payment schedule

The annual inclusive fee can either be paid in full at the start of the Academic Year in September, or by two equal instalments in September and by 3 January 2017. Please note, if your Education Department are paying part or all of your tuition fees, they will make the payment direct to the University on your behalf.

Acceptance fee

Students accepting a place on a MA course or Research studies will be required to pay a £250 acceptance fee, when they formally accept a place on the course. The acceptance fee payment of £250 will be allocated to a student's tuition fee charges, once they have commenced their studies. The acceptance fee is non refundable, with the exception of cancellations of study places within 14 days of receipt of the acceptance fee payment. In these cases a full refund will be issued.

To make a tuition fees payment, please use one of the following methods:

  • Online payments can be made at: paymentportal.falmouth.ac.uk
  • Credit/debit card payments can be made by telephone on 01326 213778 or 01326 253790, between 9.00am and 4.45pm GMT, Monday to Friday
  • In person at the Finance Office between 9.00am and 2.00pm (3.00pm Wednesdays) Monday to Friday
  • Directly into the University bank account - please email student.fees@falmouth.ac.uk for further details
