I am a qualified architect, a member of the ARB and RIBA, and I have worked in practice for twenty years. I gained my part I at Portsmouth University, parts II and III at Edinburgh University and worked on a broad range of projects for several practices in London before moving to Bath in 2002. There I spent eight years at Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, a practice which for many years lead the way in sustainable design, before moving to Falmouth in 2011.

I set up my own practice here in 2012, with a view to working on interesting small scale local projects. I aim to design coherent, sustainable buildings, appropriate to the activities which they contain and with a thoughtful connection to place.  I tutored first year architecture students for two years at Bath University and the University of the West of England and am still a part time third year tutor at Bath. I am a member of the RIBA South West and sit on the Cornwall design review panel. I have been lucky enough to be involved in setting up the new architecture course at Falmouth from the outset, and am very excited to see it grow and evolve.
