Associate Lecturer

Iain graduated from the Mackintosh School of Architecture with a master of architecture degree and was awarded the Glasgow medal for architecture in his final year, along with other prizes and scholarships.

He worked in London with two high profile architectural practices and was responsible for the design of a number of projects recognised with awards including: The Prime Minister's Better Public Building award: The Civic Trust Centre Vision Award: The Scottish Design Award for Best Public Building: and a Millennium Product Award.

He is currently based in Cornwall leading the Design Team for Cornwall Council's new £11m Office and Civic Centre in Bodmin.
 
Iain has many years of industry experience in the delivery of successful projects, from inception through to completion, and brings his real world experience of the design and construction process to our students studying on the Interior Design Course.
