Detailed information and guidance on the regulations and policies that all students at University College Falmouth are required to abide by for the duration of their studies at the University College.

Terms and Conditions

University College Falmouth will take all reasonable steps to deliver courses and services in accordance with the description set out in this prospectus, course information sheets and student handbooks. However, the University College cannot guarantee this provision. Although all information given in these publications is believed to be correct at the time of going to press, the University College reserves the right to make variations to the contents or methods of delivery of courses, to discontinue courses or merge or combine courses if such action is reasonably considered to be necessary by the University College. In this event, the University College will use its reasonable endeavours to provide a suitable alternative. Students affected by any such change will be notified by the University College as soon as is possible in advance. Should industrial action or circumstances beyond the control of the University College interfere with the ability to provide educational services, the University College will provide all reasonable steps to minimise the resultant disruption to those services. You are advised to contact the University College if you need clarification of particular issues.

When you become a student at University College Falmouth this notice shall constitute a term of the contract between you and the University College.

All students are required as a condition of enrolment to abide by, and submit to, the University College's Regulations, Policies & Procedures as amended from time to time. There may be some changes during 2011-12, which may lead to a change in the personnel involved in certain processes without materially affecting the process itself.

The University College cannot accept responsibility and expressly excludes liability for damage to students' personal property, for transfer of computer viruses to students' equipment and for the consequences of any breach of contract by individual students.
