Guest lecture series: Neil Waddington (Producer, 44-16)

Neil Waddington will talk through his foundation of a production company, the qualities he is looking for in his staff, as well as the practicalities of pitching work, managing budgets and working with clients in an increasingly competitive creative environment.

fortyfoursixteen (http://www.44-16.com/) started life 10 years ago in a spare bedroom in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. It was founded by Neil Waddington with the aim of providing exciting solutions to all forms of production in an emerging marketplace. The company quickly developed a reputation for exciting and original work, delivered on budget and on time. 'Our work attracted the eye of a major PR company in London who needed a range of exciting video solutions for their large client list. In 2002 the company relocated to London and have continued to build on their  reputation as one of the countries leading creative studios.'
