2011 MA Art & Environment graduates, Freya Morgan and Sonia Shomalzadeh, have been selected from 12 of the top art universities in the UK and invited to exhibit at the Atkinson Gallery's MA & Other Post Graduates 2012 show in Street, Somerset.
Now in its 16th year, the gallery and exhibition maintains its ethos of promoting the next generation of artists, showcasing the work of students who express particularly fresh and innovative ideas. The exhibition reflects the talent and wide range of work being produced in art schools today and is never shy of prompting debate.
As a celebration of contemporary art, the exhibition provides the public with a unique opportunity to see current work in painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture and film.
Art Schools participating: Aberystwyth University; Arts University College Bournemouth; Brighton University; City & Guilds, London; De Montfort University; University College Falmouth; University of Gloucestershire; UCLAN (Lancashire); University of Leeds; Newcastle University; Northumbria University; and Slade School of Fine Art.
Exhibition open daily, 9.30am - 5.00pm (closed Sundays)
