Restrepo is a 2010 documentary film about the Afghanistan war, directed by American journalist Sebastian Junger, and British/American photojournalist Tim Hetherington.
Restrepo was Tim's directorial debut film and explores the year that he and Sebastian spent in Afghanistan on assignment for Vanity Fair, embedded with the US Army in the Korengal Valley. It was awarded the Grand Jury Prize at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival.
Screened as part of the Shifting Sands exhibition in special remembrance of Tim Hetherington, who was killed in the same rocket attack in Misrata that severely injured Guy Martin.
