Krzysztof Krok: Digital Animation BA(Hons) Erasmus exchange

Krzysztof is an Erasmus exchange student from Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz, Poland. He is currently a first year student on the BA(Hons) Digital Animation course.
Krzysztof’s friends prompted him to think about an international study exchange. One of his friends went to Portugal and another has been studying in Australia for the past two years. One of his closest friends is currently studying in London. “They all told me an international study exchange was an opportunity I couldn’t miss,” Krzysztof said.
He has been on the Digital Animation course for the past 6 months. When talking about the course, Krzysztof said: “I believe that the Digital Animation course here is excellent. It’s more specialized than animation courses in Poland. What I really like - and one of the most enjoyable things about studying in the UK - is the way I have been taught.”
The past 6 mouths at Falmouth were different, better, than Krzysztof expected. “I met interesting people from all over the Europe. They are enthusiastic, helpful and very kind. Life here is peaceful and perhaps easier.”
When talking about international study, Krzysztof emphasised that he would take a lot from the experience; not only from course but from people he’s met and lived with.
It’s been an experience he feels will certainly help his career when he returns to Poland. “A great advantage for my future career is simply the fact I've been studying in another country for 6 months. I've learned many important and interesting things. I learned a life lesson and have definitely enjoyed it!”
