Alice Whittaker: English with Creative Writing BA(Hons) graduate

BA(Hons) English with Creative Writing

I remember Falmouth for the excellent friends I made, the great teachers and really interesting modules. The third year in particular was fantastic; despite the hard work, the independence and depth of study were very rewarding.

From an English with Creative Writing degree I took the obvious leap into Academic Management at a small international college in Oxford. We run vast English Language programmes in the summer, and do long term qualifications, holiday revision courses, and preparation for British Universities.

It's good to be able to multitask and think about lots of different things at once, skills I developed during my degree. I miss studying though, and hope to start a part time MA in English in September.
